Algiers?

A patron called up, looking for the music to the opera (as she called it) Italian Girl in Algiers. Mary took the call, and searched the OPAC. She got no results, so she asked me. I immediately recognized it as Rossini's work. Conducting an advanced search, I put Algiers in the search field, limited it to printed music, and clicked Submit. Nothing. Mmm. Perhaps we don't own it. Still, I tried switching the search value to Rossini, and clicked on the Submit button again.

Guglielmo Tell, Ciro in Babilonia, Il barbiere di Siviglia, and Otello were the first four results returned by the system ( Most relevant titles entries 1-4).

L'Italiana in Algeri : dramma giocoso in due atti / di Angelo Anelli ; a cura di Mario Parenti was the 14th link ( Highly relevant titles entries 5-23)

No wonder Algiers brought no results.
